Publication

This paper examines a reparations program conducted in Sierra Leone from 2008 to 2013, including its background, its setup, and the views of the intended beneficiaries of the program. It concludes with a presentation of policy options for improving the reparations program both in Sierra Leone and for reparations programs in general.
