More specifically, it focuses on 1) the nation’s water policies and legislation, including recent attempts to separate the institutional responsibilities for providing, managing and regulating water; 2) the finances, tariffs and subsidies associated with water management; and 3) what specifically needs to be done in order to ensure a sustainable water supply for the country in the future.
