This article analyzes the United Kingdom’s new security and defense review, which Whitehall released in November 2015. The text's author contends that the document is more coherent and ambitious than its predecessor, but he also wonders if 1) the UK’s capabilities actually match its strategic ambitions, and 2) what impact a Brexit might have on the vision that's just been trotted out.
