Publication

This paper speculates on China's future security role in East Asia and the world until 2010. It assesses China's likely intentions, capabilities and strategies in domestic and foreign affairs in light of the changes in China's geopolitical environment. The paper concludes with a series of policy recommendations for the US to help secure peace in the region by 2010.
