This paper highlights the importance of resolving the international dispute over Iran's nuclear program through diplomatic means. The authors stress the need to prevent any hasty moves toward sanctions and to consider Iran's counter-proposals seriously. The paper suggests identifying common ground and isolating areas of conflict in order to formulate compromise proposals for resolving the nuclear dispute.
