Publication

This paper provides a report on two meetings of a standing working group, which addresses important issues of public policy in Kosovo at a technical level. Those two meetings were dedicated to the economic development and reconstruction. The paper reflects the participants' personal views about the required means to be implemented in the region so as to bring it back on track.
