This report focuses on a workshop on power-sharing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, organized by the European Centre for Minority Issues (ECMI). The aim of the workshop was to develop a detailed, sustained and inclusive roundtable process to identify areas of success in the administration of public policy across the complex layers of governance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The first four sessions centered around the basic developments of power-sharing and democratic governance in post-Dayton Peace Accords Bosnia. Further, two working groups considered such governance issues as democratic practices, the rule of law and transparency.
