This report focuses on debate concerning the rebuilding of the health care system in Kosovo. The discussion focuses on the following main topics: analysis and assessment of the challenges facing Kosovo with regard to obtaining equal access to health care and the reconstruction of a unified system of health; suggestions and recommendations regarding health policy and strategy relevant to Kosovo; the provision of primary, secondary and tertiary health care; and issues of health education and drug abuse.
