Publication

This paper contains a report of a workshop held as a part of the ECMI project “Negotiation and Capacity Building in Montenegro,” which was launched with the aim to establish an informal negotiation process providing a forum for interethnic dialogue between the Serbian and Montenegrin communities that include minority communities from the Sandžak border region. It also contains recommendations from the workshop and three background papers.
