This report summarizes the debates at the 10th meeting of the Standing Technical Working Group (STWG). It discusses open issues in the areas of labor law, civil services law and the functioning of local power in Kosovo. The report concludes with listing the recommendations of the Expert Committee on Justice, Human Rights, and Law and Order, which were approved by the STWG.
