This paper summarizes the 11th meeting of the Kosovo Standing Technical Working Group. The participants discuss stimulating economic development as well as labor issues such as job creation, and identify a number of issue areas that need further examination. Additional topics include the stimulation of the private and agricultural sectors, tariff structure reform and the need for viable credit policies.
