Publication

This paper documents the speeches of the workshop 'Legal Aspects of National Integration in Estonia and Latvia' and sums up the main issues of discussion. The workshop was organized in order to monitor recent changes in the legislation concerning minority protection in both countries. The publication goes chronologically through all sessions and underlines the conclusions drawn. These emphasize the challenges to integration in both countries and calls for more clarity and urgent action.
