Publication

This paper provides a report on a meeting of the Kosovo/a standing technical working group, which addresses important issues of public policy in Kosovo/a at a technical level. The meeting was dedicated to the establishment of expert committees in the fields of justice, human rights, law and order; health and social welfare; economic development and labor; and education and youth. The paper describes the applied rules of procedure, the work plan and results in provisional membership of the expert committees.
