This report provides information on the implementation of Macedonia’s Ohrid Framework and on the controversy between Greece and Macedonia about Macedonia’s official name. The paper outlines the process that led to the Ohrid agreement and assesses its value. Subsequently, the paper reviews the name dispute, including the different views on it. Finally, the paper presents a proposal for a solution of the name dispute as well as further conclusions. The paper argues that a solution of the name dispute would consolidate the achievements of the Ohrid agreement.
