This report identifies technical information that is relevant to nuclear disarmament and nuclear arms control verification. The author argues that some information on nuclear warheads and fissile materials should be declassified, but that information which is relevant for the prevention of proliferation should remain classified. The report describes different areas of nuclear arms control and disarmament and explains how declassifiying information in those areas would be useful to the efforts.
