Publication

This report describes the activities and findings of the European Centre for Minority Issues (ECMI) civil society project Standing Technical Working Group on enhancing minority governance in Kosovo. The project is aimed to enable civil society actors to gain influence in policymaking and the deliverance of good governance, and to demonstrate that inter-ethnic cooperation can result in concrete benefits that can be experienced by all communities.
