Publication

This paper considers the prospects of Europe-Russia relations. In particular, it looks at the EU’s global strategy and the development of its partnership with Russia in the context of energy policy, economic policy and justice policy. The author concludes with a set of specific recommendations with an emphasis to advance a multipolar world governed by the UN.
