The Oxford Council on Good Governance (OCGG) is an independent, non-partisan think tank that provides actionable advice to high-level policymakers in the fields of law, government, security, economics and science. This series features publications produced and published by the OCGG. The OCGG Security Publications give actionable advice based on research and analysis to policy makers in order to strengthen the institutions of human security and international peace, as well as the legitimacy and effectiveness of foreign, security and defense policies.
