This publication argues that once Mugabe is gone and Zimbabwe has an "acceptable" political leadership, donors may need to apply post-conflict recovery strategies, given the country’s fragility. The authors further on call upon the US and the donor community to form a Committee for the Assistance to a "Free Zimbabwe", which would let Zimbabweans know that they have not been forgotten.
