This publication analyzes the Investment Climate Facility (ICF) initiative, which aims at attacking the obstacles to the opening and running a business in Africa. The authors argue that it is in the interest of the US to support the ICF, as sustainable economic growth and job creation is the key to poverty reduction and development.
