This paper discusses the internal tensions in the Balochistan province of Pakistan and the death of Akbar Bugti, one of the Baloch nationalist leaders. The paper examines the future of the Baloch armed movement, assesses the impact of Bugti's death for the Musharraf regime and asks whether there is an external conspiracy. Subsequently, the paper asks for a possible Indian involvement. It argues that the Balochis will not forgive Pakistan for killing Bugti.
