According to this publication, shifts in the Nordic region’s security landscape could revive Swedish–Norwegian defense cooperation. Indeed, the text´ authors explain that the reasons for this include a number ‘push and pull’ factors, such as the increased possibility of a security crisis in the Nordic region; renewed US engagement in Europe; and EU incentives for industrial defense cooperation. But what actual opportunities are there for increased operational cooperation between the two countries? Our authors believe there are at least four possibilities.
