This report addresses US climate change policy with an emphasis on its international dimensions. The approach of the task force is multidisciplinary with a focus on the scientific factors of climate change and the way this impacts both politics and economics and thus policy, especially foreign policy. While accepting the size of the task, the report makes a number of policy recommendations designed to achieve the ends of a US-led pragmatic global response to climate change. The report advocates collaboration among the biggest emitters of greenhouse gases in a "Partnership for Climate Cooperation."
