This paper examines the state of Indian-Israeli defense relations. The author describes how the Indian-Israeli defense relationship has grown steadily, much to the chagrin of the leftist parties and pro-Arab members within the Indian polity. The paper explains that India is one of the 39 countries with whom Israel has signed "secret cooperative agreements," but what stands in the way of a greater transfer of Israeli technology to India is the inefficiency of Indian bureaucracy.
