The publication assesses commonly heard criticisms related to the Australia-US Free Trade Agreement (AUSFTA). The author distinguishes the merits and flaws of arguments formulated by economists on the issue. He argues that any criticism in relation to AUSFTA must be grounded in concrete and quantifiable terms.
