The publication examines the reconfiguration of power in the international system since the end of the Cold War. The author argues that while the US will continue to dominate the global security environment, economic weight will shift toward Asia as a result of the economic growth of China. The report concludes that Australia must adapt to four worlds with overlapping interests.
