This paper discusses the complexity of the situation in the Middle East and the prospects for a new order that would help the regional peace. The author believes that a new Middle East will not be the one envisioned by various world leaders but might be one in between, and its foundations could emerge from the regional conflicts. He further suggests that emerging out of the current conflict is a common interest in which Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the Palestinians and Lebanon seek to promote their own version of a revised Middle East.
