Publication

This paper focuses on the food shortages in Southern Africa and the multiple dimensions of this problem. It reviews the progress that has been made towards addressing chronic food security and how changes in understanding the problem have been incorporated into policy as well as how programming has to support the stated policy objectives and underlying analysis. The paper presents a series of policy recommendations.
