This publication examines advanced military instruction in Slovakia following the disintegration of Czechoslovakia. The author is primarily concerned with the Ministry of Defense structure and gaps in training. An assessment of the curriculum for senior officers and language courses constitute the second part of the article. The author concludes that higher military education in Slovakia has neglected by the administration.
