This publication examines Latvia’s security policy and the grounds for regionalism in the Baltic Sea Region (BSR). The first section focuses on theories employed by experts researching regionalism. The second, details regional security arrangements in the BSR. The paper concludes NATO and EU membership stand as Latvia's key foreign and security policy goals.
