The 3rd CRN Roundtable Report focuses on the high degree of uncertainty surrounding newly emerging risks, in terms of their probability of occurrence as well as their damage potential. A recurring topic of discussions at CRN Roundtables is the question of how to anticipate and identify risks that are unknown to all or most observers, and how to integrate them into risk analysis and the decision-making process.
