This publication examines the relationships with, and attitudes toward, a rising China from the perspectives of the EU, the US and Russia. The article on EU-China relations examines potential issues of conflict in economic affairs. The articles on US-China and Russia-China relations discuss different attitudes and strategies foreign policy elites in the US and Russia employ toward China.
