Publication

This paper covers experiences from 19 countries on a new model of partnership in which donors and partner countries hold one another mutually accountable for development results and aid effectiveness. It places special focus on Rwanda, Mozambique and Vietnam. The work on mutual accountability at the country level is further complemented by an analysis of international level mutual accountability mechanisms.
