This guide collates and shares knowledge and experience from NATO, NATO Partners and other armed forces regarding good practice when developing, implementing, and evaluating a gender-responsive organizational climate assessment. The guide also 1) describes the why and how of undertaking an organizational climate assessment in armed forces; and 2) provides step-by-step advice for armed forces, along with case study examples, for progressing climate assessments from thought to action.
