This report examines how countries that contribute police officers to international peace operations deploy such officers and collect information on their experiences when they return. The authors also highlight the importance of establishing coherent methods for gathering insights from on-the-ground experiences of police officers deployed to peace operations, particularly in relation to the building and sharing of good practices in international police deployments.
