The purpose of the Resources section of the CSS website is outreach - i.e., it features the analyses of CSS experts, external partners and like-minded institutions in order to promote dialogue on international relations and security-related issues. CSS Resources is the successor to the International Relations and Security Network (ISN).

Cyberspace and outer space share many similarities due to their open, shared, expansive, transboundary, and intangible nature. The digitalization of space has increasingly interlinked space and cyberspace, exposing satellites, ground stations, and user terminals to cyber threats. Understanding the links between space and cyberspace is critical to better protect the space assets on which society relies.

An increasingly capable nuclear North Korea is seemingly growing closer to both Russia and China. While converging interests between the three states exist, there are limits to how deep their partnership runs and consequently risks of overestimating the extent of their coordination and cooperation.
