Publication

This report examines the discourse of Norway and the EU regarding the Europe's Arctic region. Taking a social constructivist approach, the author posits that regions are what we make them to be, and that discourse analysis can indicate the area of action for the region. The author pays special attention to climate change as well as environmental and energy issues affecting the region.
