This case study provides information with regards to Mines Advisory Group (MAG). The paper examines the rationale for MAG’s evolution from a demining organization strictly focused on mine action into an organization that also works on their Physical Security and Stockpile Management (PSSM). It also documents MAG’s approach to PSSM and lists lessons learnt from MAG’s experience in Burundi.
