Series

The Kennan Institute is a part of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. The institute is a nonpartisan organization committed to improving expertise and knowledge about Russia and the other Soviet successor states. The publications of the institute provide commentary and analysis on a broad range of policy issues in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The occasional papers are written by resident scholars and visiting speakers.
