The Centre for South Asian Studies (CSAS) is an independent, secular and nonpartisan think tank that performs research and outreach activities on South Asia-related issues -- i.e., regional cooperation and conflict; small arms proliferation; and trade and connectivity. The Centre also focuses on Nepal's conduct of international relations.
