Series

The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) is an independent policy research institute dedicated to producing policy research leading to constructive solutions to the challenges facing Europe today. The INDES (Insuring Against Disruptions of Energy Supply) Working Papers are the result of a one-year project financed by the European Commission. Among the issues discussed are the security of supply of natural gas, natural gas infrastructure issues (pipeline versus liquefied natural gas), oil and transport, the impacts of a liberalization of the electricity market on energy security, geopolitics of oil and gas, and the private and social costs of energy supply disruptions.
