CSS Evening Talk: Alternative Facts, Propaganda and Media Crisis

The information and media landscape has been changing drastically in the past few years. Traditional media like daily newspapers constantly lose ground while blogs and internet media gain importance. However, blogs and internet media often lack quality assurance. At the same time, formation of opinion is increasingly happening through propaganda of non-western actors. Democracy itself can be seen as a critical infrastructure.
