This book offers Integrative Simulations (IN-simulations) as one model of learning that involves multi-session scenarios (designed to take from two days to several months) based on existing conflicts, reflecting the perspectives of authentic parties. IN-simulations provide participants with the opportunity to immerse themselves directly in a conflict and negotiation, learn about the beliefs and interests of a wide variety of actors from their own perspectives, and experience the dynamics between parties in an environment that closely replicates reality.
