This study provides an overview of the threats facing the Swiss economy in terms of information security. It also includes an analysis of the security measures Swiss firms have instituted to protect their ICT systems and examines the possibility of organized cooperation between companies. For these purposes, a survey was undertaken among firms and administrations of all sizes, from all parts of the country, and in all secondary and tertiary sectors. The questionnaire was completed by 562 companies.
