Organizations and Resources Network
Geneva Call is a politically neutral humanitarian organization that dedicates itself to ensuring armed non-state actors (NSAs) comply with international humanitarian law (IHL) and human rights law (IHRL). The NSAs that Geneva Call particularly focuses on are those that operate outside effective state control and are primarily motivated by political goals. Such actors can include armed movements, de facto authorities, and non-internationally recognized 'states'.
